"First the receptionist and medical assistant were very nice. But I was Very disappointed with Dr McGibbons. I was seeing Dr Pyram and loved her. She truly cared about you and wanted to help. Dr. Pyram was very educated and would try new things to see what worked. Dr McGibbons has obviously no experience with treating anxiety and panic attacks or she would be confident in doing so instead of saying I have to now see a Psychiatrist after years of seeing just a family practice physician and getting same prescriptions which work. My heart was racing as I was having a panic attack in her office because of her lack of compassion. She asked while checking my heart rate if my heart races sometimes, I said yes, I get panic attacks like right now. She said she won’t even count the number of beats because it is to fast and left it at that. I have chronic pain as I have Scoliosis and a recent FX and and her suggestion to me was Tai chi, get injections or surgery. Which not of them would be helpful at this moment. Because she won’t refill my script for pain meds, that if is she looked back on my file I use one or two a week after a long shift at work. Oh and they for some reason have none of my file because it’s a different building??? Why was I sent to her. Such a waist of time. She did give me one month supply of my meds after I obviously was in distress and having a panic attack in her office. But showed again NO compassion for pain or panic attacks. She said she would give me a script to cover me so I can find a new provider. Again why did they give me her if she isn’t helpful. I did ask for a referral for pain management and she gave me one but am scared to go since I am not confident with her opinions. I know it’s hard for some to understand what it’s like to have chronic pain and anxiety but Drs can at least pretend and not Make their patients feel like - oh if we just lost weight or gain muscle we would be pain free. That is not always the case. So I am now on the search for Dr. Pyram if anyone knows where she went. Please let me know!"

"This place is not as good as they say. I had a stroke in September and I really haven't received the attention from my doctor that I need. I can take forms to fill out which takes 7 to 10 days. They are never completed correctly and I never get a call back when they are ready. I call this office every other day to get status on forms and I leave messages. I never get a call back from this office. I'm so frustrated right now I wish I could switch doctors right now because I would. I think doctors should treat their patients better."

"If I could give it zero stars I would. I saw Dr. McGibbon. After entering the room I was not greeted and she hadn't even gone over my charts to know what was going on with me. She was extremely rude, she left several times during the visit making my baby and I wait in the room, and refused to give me a necessary doctors note. I was very disappointed at how unprofessional she was."
