Penn Medicine Radnor

"Horrific phone services. The general phone number is terribly inefficient. Put humans on the line to answer. I tried to call and schedule an appointment at Radnor location and ended up calling the Valley Forge location and they had no record of me. Then they gave me a General phone number which directed me back to the same phone number I originally called wasted my time sitting on the phone trying to get through to the correct location while I was given options in New Jersey, and other regions in the country somebody needs to fire people at this corporation all you need is one human being to answer the phone and answer the question that I have and direct me to the location. This hospital couldn’t run a McDonald’s drive-through"

"Would never recommend going to this facility. I wanted to go and have another opinion on my knee. I was told to arrive at 12:30 to get my x-rays done prior to seeing Dr. Cipriano at 1 o’clock. Nobody seems to have any communication between the front desk and the back department I watched at least 15 people go in front of me and by 115. I had made my second trip to the desk to find out what was going on, the people that work there do not seem like they like their jobs or don’t even want to be bothered with their patients. A true meat market. By 1:30 I said I am leaving. I had already wasted three hours out of my day with travel time, and I missed a very important meeting at work because of the lack of competency of this practice."

"Overall, excellent doctors and their immediate care teams. Very disappointed with the decline in customer service for Penn medicine overall and Radnor. There's no use in a super star team if the people handling the inputs ("tickets" so to speak) aren't understanding the patient requests themselves. Likely will need to switch out eventually."

"The most modern, efficient, well run medical facility I've ever used. The integration with online portal was flawless. The campus is spectacular. But most important is that there were live human beings at every turn, offering to help guide you, answer questions, do check in. Literally heard patients saying "wow" as they were guided through their appointment. Top notch."

"I’ve been giving reviews, for over 3 years and I have been reading up , on the reviews from other local guides, about Penn Medicine in Radnor. Come on , people! This Hospital is Not that bad! It’s true it takes forever to get an appointment, but it’s well worth the wait. Everyone has been kind and courteous, and my Doctor is so cool. Maybe it’s all in your attitude... people pick up on that vibe, you know. The buildings are beautiful and spotless... Parking is good... The “Red Coats” are around every bend, to guide you along. And they are helping me personally, so zip it!"
