"Terrible experience. I had to sit on a bed that had no back rest with a pinched nerve. The nurse said “the doctor will be right with you” then left me in the room alone for two and a half hours. I tried asked a nurse twice what was happening and where the doctor is. The nurse tells me there’s two patients in front of me. After being left for another hour by myself, I ask again and somehow there’s still 2 people in front of me the doctor has to help. The nurses lied. Then tell me if I need to “be somewhere I can leave”. As I’m in pain waiting to be treated. HORRIBLE service. When the doctor finally came in he hit the curtain open with his walking cane, extremely unprofessional. I could barely get out what was wrong with me he just decided I needed a X-ray, when I told them I don’t have any broken bones and it’s probably a nerve or muscle. The doctor couldn’t explain why my wrist was swollen or why my neck was hurting and I didn’t receive any medicine or instructions on what to do with my injury. I will never go back to a patient first, basicly a fraud scheme since they don’t care or treat their patients, just take their money. DO NOT GO HERE GO RIGHT TO THE ER INSTEAD."

The staff is always extremely kind and professional from the person who registers you in to the nurses and doctors throughout the visit and the entire process is always quick and easy. I have recommended this location to friends and family who also love the convenience of this Patient First and the professionalism among all the staff! My husband was also THRILLED at the outcome of his visit about two weeks ago because he was able to bypass going to the emergency room and waiting there for what would have been 4-6 hours and instead was there and back within 45 minutes!"
