"DR MICHAEL FREEMAN HAS BEEN MY DR FOR WELL OVER 20 YEARS, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM. HES A GREAT LISTENER, AND KNOWS HIS STUFF. HE ALWAYS GETS ME IN WHEN I NEED TO BE SEEN. ASIDE FROM HIM THE OTHER DRS THERE ARE GOOD. THE PLACE OVERALL IS ALWAYS CLEAN TOO. THE NURSE'S ESPECIALLY KAY ARE WONDERFUL. I RECOMMEND THE PLACE."

"This place is utter and mass confusion and the right hand has no clue what the left one is doing. I recently returned back home to Walton after being gone for 35 years. I wanted to re-establish a Dr. here in case ever a problem and was overdue by a year for a physical. Gave my insurance info and was told we’ll be in touch as soon as it’s verified. Never heard a word after 3 weeks. So I called and after getting routed to 2 different people, they confirmed my insurance. Then told me I need to come in and fill out records release forms so my records can be forwarded from another state. I did this and 4 weeks after filling out forms, still no response. So I called and was routed to 3 different people. They have no clue where my forms are anymore. Was told: we’re sorry, they must have been lost. Even spoke with Tina from records across the parking lot in the hospital and she did not have my records and profusely apologized. She told me to come in and fill out a new set with her directly. As nice as Tina was, I called my primary care physician back in the state I used to live in and scheduled my physical with him. Too much drama and runaround here. Not to mention my life history and personal information is on lost paperwork."
