"I have had nothing but great experiences with this practice and Dr. Shoenberger! He makes me and my kids feel comfortable and always addresses my concerns. We intentionally drive about a half hour to see him and it’s 100% worth it. Highly recommend!"

"I liked the doctor well enough, though they never woupd go over blood work, also they have zero online portal like other practices for you to even view the results. However, the office staff is horrible and impossible to get ahold of. They don't bother to schedule appointments and if you manage to get ahold of them they will charge you another 10 bucks to send your records elsewhere. The staff will flat out refuse to fulfill prescriptions if you need to come in and don't bother to call to schedule it with you. I have never had a worse experience with a doctors staff as here. When I brought up the issue with the doctor about the staff I was dismissed and told they are just too busy even though everytime I have been in the office there are several ladies behind the desk sitting around and chatting with each other. They also do not follow up on making appointments as promised."

"I left that practice, after seeing Dr. Shoenberger for 18 years because he was unresponsive, dismissive, and rarely spent more than 5 minutes in the exam room with me. I finally left about 17 years ago when his office staff scheduled me for an appointment without confirming with me and than charged me for missing the appointment I didn't agree to. After 20 years of being a timely patient, he refused to waive the fee. Thankfully, I'm now seeing a doctor who actually listens to me and is invested in my health."

"My family and I have been patients of Dr. Shoenberger for close to 30 years and I have the utmost respect for his knowledge and caring attitude. When my daughter was just born, we took her 2x to the emergency room and the hospital doctors just gave us prescriptions and sent us home. I finally went to see Doug and he said to take her directly to Sacred Heart hospital and he will meet us there. He came to the emergency room and made things happen. He got the CDC involved because they could not figure out why she was so sick. He was with us every step of the way and after 9 days in the hospital, my baby girl came home so much better. He also saved my daughter, as the hospital wanted to amputate her leg due to infected chicken pox, her to lead and she recovered quickly and no amputation. This doctor truly cares about his patients and I now drive over an hour every time I need medical help...Thanks Doug for being the best!!"

"I have been going to Dr. Shoenberger, MD for over 20 years. He is an excellent physician and diagnostician. And the office staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The early morning walk-in hours are such a wonderful service to the patient. If you are up all night sick, it is nice to know you can head over there in the early morning and be seen by your own physician. It has been a real blessing for me, to be under his care."
