"I purchased a ps5 controller, got to game stop they put it on there computer to let me know it was broke! I called them told them they said to bring it in, I called back to make sure they would still b open by the time is get back there and that's when the guy started to degrade and tell me there was nothing wrong with it! Got there then he tried telling me the controller was lagging! Controllers don't lag unless they r broke point blank period. I will never go back to this place and recommend other don't either unless u like being talked to like trash and made to feel dumb when in reality they were and still no apology. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is bc they did give me my money back which I did appreciate but they should have anyways for selling me a broke controller!"
