"Dr. Gu should be given the death penalty for treason and sedition against the United States and I'm nearly positive he's a Chinese Communist Party Operative. He knowingly held me against my will trying to poison me until my brain would be too weak to criticize China's brain control weaponry that received United States sanctions 2 years later. I kept getting told things such as beliefs that there was a robotics firm called DARPA and being Christian were delusions and force fed neurotoxins until I pretended I didn't believe anymore in these things and was sorry for lying and then tricked a social worker into letting me out and flipped him off on the way out. Him and Dr. Maru should be executed by firing squad after convictions in a military tribunal."

"This place is so much better then kidspeace. I came into the hospital hopeless and with severe anxiety and this place really gave me tools and the coping skills (unlike kidspeace) that I will need in my life to succeed and overcome my anxiety. The staff is really really nice and only wants the best for their patients. Everyday you are assigned goal work and it genuinely helps you with whatever you were in the hospital for. Now I have a whole folder full of things to help me whenever I feel anxious and I couldn’t be happier. Also Whenever they switch around your meds or up the dose they keep you an extra day or so just to make sure u don’t have any side effects. However, while at kidspeace , they sent me home a day after switching my meds. And it was a leaving hell. I literally felt like I was going crazy and I went through unspeakable side effects. This place also sent me to an outpatient program after being discharged just to make sure I transitioned well back into the world and I enjoy it so much. I think I will really benefit from it. Overall I recommend this place because it really truly changed my life and even though I was in there for 2 weeks (which actually went by really quickly) they really made me feel better about myself and took my anxiety from a 10 to a 4."

"being admitted back in late october of 2016, i thought of it as a very nice stay! compared to kidspeace, muhlenberg was a lot better. the food was good, the staff were super sweet, and the treatment seemed very conventional. i was admitted rather quickly (coming into the emergency room at around 10am, being admitted at around 2 or 3) which was very short compared to the wait time for kidspeace. it was also a very small unit, with only a maximum of 13 kids. the kids were super cool and friendly as well. with the small amount of space, it is kind of hard to be admitted. other than that, it was very good for me and helped with my depression a lot. another thing to add on is that you still get treatment from LVHN afterwards, including a psychologist AND a psychiatrist. finances were not a super huge problem. compared to a near 30,000 dollars (for an 8 day stay) compared to 3/4 less (for a 10 day stay), it was very helpful and easy."

"My girlfriend was admitted here against her will by her counselor, and forced to stay over 2 weeks. She's very healthy, and has been for the past 2 years, yet they used her past family history against her. She's traumatized due to the prison-like nature. She has feelings and is able to express them, and was never a threat to herself, yet all the professionals did not believe her, and the atmosphere only made her upset, as you could imagine. I despise this place and would not recommend it to anyone seeking professional help - unless you want to be heavily medicated and treated as though you need to be in a straightjacket."
