Airbus IMAX Theater

"Saw the new Hunger games here and the screen is crazy Wish they had more variety at the concession stand. Prices are not great for concessions either."

"Went to see Oppenheimer in IMAX. The theater was cool and a great screen. The snacks were cheap. The chairs were super uncomfortable. Overall decent. I got to the theater 75 minutes before my showing and got great seats. The line packed in fast. I do recommend getting to this theater at least 1 hour before your showing. If you get a bad seat it will suck watching based on how the theater is designed."

"One of my favorite IMAX theaters, I believe the 4K laser projection system was installed 8 years ago but it is still very good. The Theater’s 86-by-63-foot screen is one of the largest screens in the region. Line up early so you can have good seats especially for popular movies- lines can get crazy long. Free parking for cars after 4pm. Theater is housed within the Steven Udvar Hazy air and space museum so you also get to visit one of the best air and space museum - which is free."

"Amazing experience watching the blockbuster movie mission impossible. The theater has one of the biggest screens with excellent sound. We sat at the back of the theater, and even with that, we felt the movie was so close to us. There are no assigned seats, so it is first come, first serve. You have to stand in a line prior to the entry, and we suggest you to go a bit early to get good seats. The seats are very comfortable with high back chair. They do not show outside food and have a small concession stand with popcorn and other food options. They have water for purchase. Overall, we had great movie experience."

"Great attraction. Have visited many times to view movies in IMAX as well as to visit the museum. Definitely a one of a kind place that everyone can enjoy. It kind of spoils you against traditional movie theaters since the experience is so much more immersive."
