"The office was filthy. I was in phoenixville location. I was told that I needed a service that may or may or be covered. She said “ I’d have to fight my insurance if they deny it. “ Even after I told her I couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket. When I asked about my previous exam’s results, to have some clarity on this procedure she said “ I needed”, she simple said very exasperated “I don’t have your file in front of me !” I thought why would she not have my file with her to fact check my previous exams. I had questions in regards to my current situation with my body that were ignored as if I was being ridiculous. She couldn’t be bothered with me. She was pushing us through like cattle. It was so demeaning and hurtful. During the exam I was literally made fun of because it was unpleasantly uncomfortable for me. There was zero compassion. I am a sexual trauma survivor and these types of things never get easier. I walked out feeling violated. I have spent two nights sleepless due to the horrible nature of this visit."

"Unprofessional and rude front desk staff. It is incredibly unsanitary and dirty all around. The billing department is incredibly shady and I got hit with a bunch of charges that I was told multiple times were covered. Went to collections and they told me it wasn’t their problem and I signed the paperwork. Go anywhere but here!!!!!"

She is up to date on her guidelines and is always ensuring she shares with me any new updates and vaccines that may be appropriate for me. In addition, she takes her time and ensures I feel comfortable during my examination. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family."

Dr. Robyn McGlocklin made me so very comfortable and answered all of my questions. Super clean and the receptionists were very nice and welcoming as well. Highly recommend this practice!"

The practice and physicians are great and thorough. 2 children later I still go to Dr Sindoni and Dr Perez and probably always will until they retire that is. And the front desk and wait time have never been a problem."
