"I recently had a total knee replacement on my left knee and really had no issues so it is sad that I need to write this review at all. I visited the Rothman Urgent Care on 9/1 with knee pain in my right knee. I waited over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor (I guess this is understandable since they only have one doctor in the walk-in clinic and it is first come first served). Xrays were done and the after examining my knee, the doctor told me the problem was fluid on the knee despite my telling him that it felt like a tendon or ligament pain, not joint pain. He aspirated fluid and sent it out for testing, which to this day I have no idea what the results are because all of my calls go unanswered. I am still having the same knee pain and truly believe an MRI should be ordered. Cannot get an MRI because, again, no one returns calls. I am extremely disappointed in the way my case has been handled. I think it all depends on which doctor sees you because the doctor who did my knee replacement was great. I've seen a hand doctor there and he was great. Extremely frustrating to be in pain and not be able to get testing done. I will now have to pay another co-pay at another facility to get the script for MRI."
