"The chiropractic care is fine, the doctors and staff are friendly and the office is clean. They seem to have issues managing time; there were a couple of times that I was left on the table waiting for the doctor for 40-45 minutes with no stim or heat. My main concern about the office is the billing. I had two separate instances where they billed my insurance incorrectly I had to take my time and hunt down why I was being charged. The third billing issue was a somewhat arbitrary charge that the billing associate couldn't clearly explain to me. Overall I feel that this office didn't respect my time which led me to seek care elsewhere."
