"Had an endoscopy, and the process was very smooth and uneventful -- they have a good system at the hospital. But ...when I awoke from the sedation, I requested a surgical mask, since the mask I had been wearing seemed to be missing. The nurse in recovery snapped at me, asking, "WHY?" I was stunned. In a hospital, with many RSV and COVID patients, a so-called medical professional asks asked "why?" As a senior, I take precautions and certainly don't need to be challenged about that, especially in a germ-filled hospital."

"I loved the x-ray technicians I got to work with! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Checking in was also a lot simpler than I experience at other hospitals & their gowns are much easier to get on yourself (I'm a tiny girl, so whenever given those 1-size-fits all, I usually have to struggle to wrap it around & keep myself covered, whereas these gowns are designed to keep you covered easily & with no effort. I have to say though that the x-ray technicians were my favorite part of my experience - would highly recommend!"

"A family member was hospitalized a few months ago. I emailed someone in the hospital trying to nominate an employee for some type of award already and never got a response, so i wanted to make sure to post it here. While there was PLENTY of questionable nurses and management, the multiple encounters my family had with one of the nursing aides made us feel much more at ease. The Aide on the 6 east floor that came in for night shift was absolutely amazing and i feel as tho she deserves this recognition. She constantly went above and beyond for not only my family member, but anyone who was in to visit her. She was more than knowledgeable, and constantly on top of things while the nurses seemed they were too busy to look our way. She made us feel a hundred times more comfortable leaving my grandmother in the hospital at nights alone. She WILL make an amazing nurse someday!"
