AFC Urgent Care Souderton

"I did my research online for all of the urgent cares in my area. Two stars and below was all I can find, and the reviews all talked about how long it took, and how little was actually done for them. Then I found this spot in Souderton. Their review was good, but I was skeptical. I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment and was seen immediately. It took no longer than 10 minutes for the person to actually see me, and I was on my way to the pharmacy in less than 15 minutes. I will go again!"

"All of the staff were kind and courteous! I was there on a busy Saturday morning after a bad fall that broke my foot. I did have to wait a little while to be seen (which I expected), but the staff communicated this in advance and kept me updated throughout each step. I needed an X-Ray and the process was very smooth and quick. The nurses were patient and answered all of my questions! The facility was very nice and clean. I was highly satisfied with the care and service I received. I left there with a high quality immobilizer boot along with the documents and X-Ray images I needed for further follow up with an orthopedic doctor. The prescription I needed was requested right away and was ready for pick up at my pharmacy within an hour. Daniel even took the time to call me later that day to review the radiologist report I was waiting for and he ensured the document was emailed to me ASAP. I spent about 2 hours at AFC that day, which was much better than any ER visit I've experienced! I would definitely go back to AFC in the future if needed."
