"I usually do not mind a wait at urgent care, however. I sat down at 6:10 and there was NOT A single other body in the waiting room. I patiently said for 45 minutes before being seen. To which I had a test taken, and at 7:05 I’m in the doctors office by myself reading my own results on my portal. It said I was fine. I’m trying to remain patient because there’s no use getting upset over small things. BUT THEN I glance at my phone, it’s 7:20 pm. No doctor came in. I made the decision to leave, and did inform one of the nurses. (Who btw was an absolute gem, and she needs a better doctor to be working under.) she literally was telling me this doctor is terrible without telling me. So she goes hold on let me ask the doctor and the woman that I have been staring at through diagonal directiositting in a chair, laughing with somebody I can’t see. She wasn’t even taking a lunch break. She wasn’t doing anything of the sort. She was quite literally socializing. I don’t know how many patients were Back in rooms, but it seemed to me like it may have been quite a lot. When the nurse asked the doctor when she’s going to go into exam room five, which is mine, she said, in the most condescending voice like couldn’t be bothered “ I was going to be there in a minute, but if she really wants to leave she can leave.” So I did. :) Tori R Gollie should not have her job. Insane. Arrived 6:10 and left with nothing by 7:30!"

"Super clean and quick! Everyone from the receptionist Stephanie to the medical assistant Dawn were incredibly kind and patient! So grateful this beautiful facility is close by!"

"My wife went to this location only to call me in tears because she was in pain and not feeling well and had waited for 2 and a half hours never to be seen. When she approached the staff they could care less about her wait time and even worse her condition and just went on eating their lunch. This is disgusting and unacceptable. Obviously the medical profession no longer takes its Hippocratic oath seriously any longer. What a joke."

"I just moved to this area and needed to be seen as I was having flu symptoms. I’ve never been to this express care before. I was seen immediately and the time and dedication I received was something I’ve never experienced before! This is the best express care I’ve been to hands down. All of the providers I saw down to the women that came in to take samples were so caring and friendly and made my experience so great. The entire facility was extremely clean, I’ll definitely continue to go to this location"

"Went there this evening with a sick 22 month old. We had a fantastic experience! Teresa got us comfortably settled in our exam room and Dr Debbie and MA Danielle were amazing! All three had the most engaging bedside manner with my little! It was the least stressful urgent care visit ever!! Highly recommend!"
