"Be prepared to wait. A long time. They schedule 6+ appointments for the same time. So everyone is sitting around waiting and they only take one patient at a time. They make you get changed right away into a gown so you have to sit in a crowded waiting room in a gown for an extended period of time. If I’d known, I would’ve scheduled for another facility. I guess it works if you’re retired and have nothing else to do with your entire day."

"Today I had my first breast biopsy, this will always be a very difficult moment for women, the fear and the uncertainty that you feel are emotions that are difficult to control. Although is an outpatient procedure and only requires local anesthesia, it is very invasive. It’s a very fragile emotional moment. I’m immensely grateful to all the staff, for making me feel safe, cared for, respected, for the tranquility and the calmness they share with their patients, making an effort to make them fell safe all the time.
