"We’ve been going to the Frederick Coin Exchange for many years. Their staff is highly trained, knowledgeable, hardworking fair and friendly. I would recommend an appointment if you’re selling something as they are a busy store. My sons enjoyed buying coins there when they were little. The staff has always treated their “small” shoppers/sellers the same as their big spenders/sellers, which we appreciate. It is wonderful we have a coin shop in downtown Frederick. "We were met with very friendly folks. We worked with Amber and Mickey. We had an assorted amount of coins and some collections that my dad left me, that they had to go through. We spent 2 hours going through them. Amber and Mickey did an excellent job going through each coin and collections we had. They were very patient and honest with us. The concluding amount we received was far above what we were expecting. I would recommend going to Frederick Coin Exchange if you have questions or need information about your coins. They will also give you a fair price according to the market and value of how precious the coins or sets are worth depending on how rare they could be to collectors. They were very accommodating.
