"Let me just start with this. The only way I will ever step foot in this place again is if maybe I'm taking my last breath and desperate for any help. My terrible experience was just the other day. I go in for a UTI and leave thinking I'm dying of cancer. Check in process was easy, got in pretty quick. Nurse brings me to room and gives me a urine cup to fill for testing. I go back to the room. Then another nurse comes in and say there is no UTI present in test and I have blood in my urine. Then she has the nerve to tell me I need to see a Urologist and mentions bladder cancer. My world fell to the ground that instant and ruined my whole day. No meds, nothing for the feeling I was having due to my visit. So that night I call my regular Dr. I go see him yesterday morning. Take a test, clear as day, shows me the test procedure and the results, I have a UTI and no blood in urine. Withing one hour I have an antibiotic and an inflammatory and feeling better within hours. And most importantly not feeling like I was dying from an uneducated nurse. How dare does someone or mention cancer when you can't even diagnose a UTI. Do yourself a favor and don't go in that place. I paid my $40 copay to leave thinking that I was seriously ill and still in pain. Thank you for NOTHING ST LUKES URGENT CARE BROADHEADSVILLE."

"I frequent this sight a lot. Whether it be for myself or with family. Everyone is so kind and caring. I really enjoy seeing the receptionist Amy when we walk in. She is just so kind and always happy to help us if we need anything. I always look for her smiling face when we come in. The urgent care team is so wonderful. They listen to me and help me understand my health issues before I leave. A+ team! Keep up the good work. The Doctors in family practice and their team are Tip-Top. I couldn’t imagine having any other health team taking care of me or my family."

"I feel like it's hit or miss with the urgent care here. I had my daughter in a couple days again, they basically said it's a slight virus she'll be fine. I felt like they did not listen to the parent who in this case has a child who's shy and won't tell the doctor even if something hurts. They need to pay more attention to the parent or whoever is with them instead of relying on accurate answers from every young child! My daughter ended up having COVID also, as I tested her at home since they didn't even bother with that. I just felt laughed off during this visit as if nothing was wrong with her. Pay more attention to parents when it comes to young children! I only gave them 2 stars because of the receptionists who actually seemed to care and the actual family doctors in this same building are phenomenal. As for the urgent care, I try to avoid going here as I leave with no answers, wasted time, and I'm left unhealthy still, yes this has happened in the past too, especially with young children."

"Absolutely ridiculous the wait times are always long here. My daughter was throwing up and they took no time or care to help. They can't give IVs at this location so this is a glorified primary care place that forces you to go to the ER for actual care they are supposed to provide. Why does this matter it means that they get to make more money off of your insurance company and make you want even longer. Apparently they don't value being the middle point to ensure that the ER actually deals with emergencies and not things urgent care is supposed to handle!"

"We use this facility all the time everyone is nice and patient, but today because I was frustrated with the sign in that wasn't working the receptionist was nasty and raising her voice at me because she didn't have to take my frustration pretty much said we could go else where. The next person was in a wheel chair and she told them could they wait she forgot her coffee. The receptionist had dirty blonde hair about shoulder length, my husband had open heart surgery approx. 2wks ago which I mentioned and just wanted to move the process along I ask her to bypass the sign in but she made me do again and was mad that I wouldn't just let her take over, so that's when got annoyed, I will be honest and say the sign in was really annoying and I probably snapped a little when I ask her to bypass it, but her reaction wS so unprofessional, other people were making g comments about how she acted over nothing. The girls who did blood and xray were great o ly the receptionist was horrible."
