"I had back surgery on L4 L5 and a fusion on Nov. 9th 2023 and Dr Chan was great God blessed his hands and ability to get the work done but on the down side my insurance needed information and they disregard it so I can get my medicine then I had to take a urine test and the results was suppose to go to my insurance and when I contacted them to let them know they said they was going to place urgent because I couldn't move and they never got back to me. And the front desk doesn't like to answer and if I leave to call back they don't call back"

"Highly disappointed I made a pediatric appointment for my son weeks in advance. I traveled via 2 buses with my son just to be called halfway there and be told the appointment has to be canceled because my son cant be seen for his issue. Im highly frustrated and this is definitely a fault on their end."

"Before my surgery my back pain was so bad. I wasn’t sure how I would get out of bed. At times, I felt paralyzed. It was also trying to get out of my jeep. My pain was a definite 10. I had the MIS TLIF surgery for my L5 - S1 on February 20th. I am 6 weeks post op & my pain is minimal. It maybe a 2! I think that is just because I am still healing. I can now get out of my bed & car with no problems or pain. Dr Chen & his staff are amazing & friendly."

"Please hire polite front desk staff. At least someone that won't disregard everything you have to say . For example I tried to ask to schedule an appointment but rather than hear rhat she just kept point at the window telling me they didn't take walk ins. Little did she know that because Geisinger fails to ever answer the phone I had to come in to attempt to schedule a appointment.. So disappointed that this is how it is around here."

"Came in for a fracture to my left pinky finger. Within a half hour they had me checked in and scheduled for surgery. Jen in the office was helpful when I couldn’t find the facility, and Tanner the PA was very sweet and efficient."
