"The nurse was rude and the equipment to take blood pressure didn't seem to be working. Doctor Javed was good but the front desk people and nurses are very rude and impolite."

"I got there early time, I was checked in, and a few minutes after that the nurse came in and called my name. It wasn’t long before the doctor came in and saw me and helped right after the to the desk to check out. My visit was smooth, quick, and the staff in the habitual was highly professional."

"Everyone was very helpful. Dr Ahmed wasn't available so I saw a resident and Dr Jimenez. Dr Jimenez was very knowledgeable and nice. I was very pleased with my doctor visit."

"Once I was seen, my practitioner was friendly and wonderful. However, the receptionist at the front desk was rude and abrupt. I was on time for my very brief lab appt, and had to wait almost 30 minutes, while others who came in after me were being seen. When I asked her the reason for the delay, she simply said, “Someone will call you.” And slammed her glass partition closed. She could have been a lot kinder and more empathetic. Disappointing behavior for the first face I saw yesterday at UHS."

"The best distription I can give is.I used to have my primary care from the other major health care corporation and even though I still use some of their services UHS Primary care aways answers their phones in a couple of rings tops the other on hold for average 15 to 20 minutes and then I aways had to wait at least 20 minutes, more like 30 minutes after the appointment time to even get out of the waiting room. That is the major difference. Medical personnel are very good ,very nice and they listen to what I have to say and they have always treated me with respect."
