"They cancelled two appointments on me, when I called to reschedule for a 3rd time they told me it would be 6 months out. I have been trying to schedule this appoiintment for just about a year. They said the Doctor wont be in that day, didnt try to give me a closer appointment. Total lack of patient empathy and professionalism"
"Total shame of a clinic had an appointment for 7 months I had to wait finally it's coming up and they call the doctor won't be there they have to cancel it they don't know when they'll be able to get me in...not anytime soon.. meanwhile I'll just live with severe pain in my foot so the doctor could have a nice day off.
