"I went into the doctor because I’ve been having throat pain and congestion along with large red bumps on the back of my throat and I feel very unsatisfied after my visit. The nurse brought me in and barely spoke to me as well as yawned while asking me about my symptoms. The doctor then came in and was friendlier but somehow could not see the bumps on my throat. I then showed her a video I had taken right before she had came in the room and she told me my mouth looks better now than in that video when I had just taken it. My strep test was negative and I was given instructions on how to care for my symptoms but left feeling very invalidated. I will not be coming back."

"Do not go to Dr. Guillermo A De La Vega(Gynecology). I went in for a birth control consultation and it was the most horrible experience I had with a doctor. I took a chance with a male doctor for gynecology, so that I could get an earlier appointment. First, he entered the room and did not make eye contact with me. His demeanor the whole time was detached and rushed. He breezed through all the information taken by the nurse and just skipped right to my preferred option, without even giving me information about all the other types of birth control. He didn’t even give me any detailed information on my preferred type (Paragard), besides the fact that it was good and lasted for 10 years. He also failed to inform me that I had to give a urine sample before I left. But the nurse reminded me. It angers me that I will have to pay for a visit that was so terrible and uninformative. However, my nurse Kristin and the receptionist were very helpful and friendly. I’m almost certain that I would have had a better appointment with either one of them."

"Super impressed with the walk in emergi care services. We were in a room in less than 5 minutes and seen in another 5. They were able to X-ray and treat my son very efficiently and with a lot of kindness and care from the moment we walked in the door. Well done."

"Brandon Bossard PA-C and the entire staff was amazing! My 4yr old daugher ended up needing stitches after her doctors office was already closed. Brandon and the nurses were so good with her. Fast and very friendly!"

"Worst experience, I have been going here for awhile because I can never get into my primary care doctor. This last time I saw Dr. Brandon, he put me on steroids for an asthma flair up and o said it wasn't going to be enough, only 4 days. I normally have 9 day supply prescribe, since this is not my first time with a flair up. He told me I would be fine. I called when I was out and was told I had to come back in when he didn't given enough to begin with. Will not be returning as a patient here. The receptionist that I talked to did not help either."
