"My husband thought that the ad he found sounded like this practice would be a good match for my situation. I live in Florida ten months a year, and stay in Indiana, PA, the rest of the time. I was a “walk-in” with one hearing device that was not working at all and another that was failing intermittently, and I had been told by the store in FL, where I had bought them, they were out of warranty and could not be repaired. Much to my surprise, Indiana Audiology personnel repaired one of the devices and sent the other to be repaired! Then I was provided “loaners” that were fantastic!
