"This school took away my 5 year old daughters innocence. You think that when you're dropping your child off at school that they will be safe. This is not the case. The principal and teachers did not care about what happened to our daughter. Lack of supervision, qualified teachers/aids/a principal who cares are to blame. We had to change schools and seek therapy for our daughter because the school did not do/ care enough. We never even recieved an apology for what our daughter went through. The child hurting our child was never dealt with and still remains at the school leaving us no choice. Bottom line the school DOES NOT CARE. To save their face and avoid conflict they were willing to let us go yet the other child who obviously has issues and will repeat this behavior again remains at the school. Please do not send your child to this school. We have a rough road ahead of us because of what happened at this school. We would never want what happened to our daughter happen to any other child."
"My nephew attended this school for a brief time with special needs. The school states how they focus on all children's needs and learning differences, and he was treated very poorly. His parents and family were all appalled by the nun's and principal's behavior and treatment of him. In the end, the nuns and principal admitted that they could not handle his special need, which is high functioning autism, and that he needed to attend a different school. If you have an autistic child, DO NOT send your child to this school. They can not handle the need nor do they know how to treat the child appropriately. There are other schools that will handle the special needs of your child and treat them much nicer. Proceed with caution!!!! POOR BEHAVIOR AND MANNERS!!!! Don't waste your time!"
"This school treats special needs children terribly. The pope has mandated that children with autism should be supported and included. Instead, the principal of this school treats autistic children like trash... throwing them out. Apparently, she thinks her opinion is more important than the pope. Total hypocrite. Fake christian, its a facade. She could care less about children, she only cares about profit and her fake christian image. Its a lie."
"Sister Mary, who runs this school is completely incompetent. She should resign just based on her record of mistreating special needs children. Stay away, I wouldn't send my dog here, let alone my child. The teachers and staff are not qualified, they are incompetent. This school is run by clowns, not Christians. Do not trust these people with your children. They will mistreat your child, then cover it up. That is what these people do. Cover up wrong doing. The catholic church has a history of that."
"I wrote a review of my son's horrible experience at Our lady of Port Richmond school on their facebook page. Since the cowards could not delete my review, they just disabled reviews on their entire page. If you treat special needs children like trash, your not going to stop the parents of that child from letting everyone know what you did. Nice try though. Any hey, if you did nothing wrong, why are you trying to cover it all up? Is this kind of like how you covered up all those pedophile priests and sexual abuse? Guess covering up wrong doing is nothing new to this organization."
