"I am very disappointed in the Forest Village management and the way they manage rent payment and the subsequent embarrassment they are giving some of us who deem ourselves as responsible residents. I have been paying my monthly rent by autopay through my bank account since July 2021 when I first moved in. Everything went on smoothly until they themselves decided to change the payment portal and then the trouble begun. The new portal wasn't responsive enough and I think they themselves begun to face problems with it. and then they changed it again. I am a very busy guy so having to manually walk to the office to pay my rent has been a headache because even handing over my check book with them to do the necessary documentation they always claim the process never went through and then instead of them to just call me to notify they decide to send me notice to vacate. I have enough in my account to pay my rent for the next 12 months yet this is the second time they are having problems with processing the same account. Today March 6th. I came home from work to find another notice to vacate after I went there on the 1st with my check book for them to sign on to the new portal with my account details. They changed the portal for February and I had to manually pay by handing them my checking account after a first attempt failed. Now for the month of march I did same. When they were doing the documentation I insisted on the lady to crosscheck my bank account details once again because I do not want any embarrassment nor any uncalled for notices since I have enough in my account and will NEVER give them an empty account. They should ask themselves if all this would have happened if they hadn't decided to be changing their payment system every now and then. I don't know what is happening but I can daresay that either these guys do not appreciate what it means to identify who is irresponsible or they just are trigger happy to dole out notices to vacate at every whim. I have a tall list of negatives staying here but I have overlooked all that because I normally put up with situations until it becomes unbearable. This is a roach infested, despite so called monthly spraying) excessively unchecked smoking place. I will advise that management direct their energies towards those residents who engage in indiscriminate smoking and littering the breezeway with trash to the chagrin of those of us who are responsible enough. I am sorry this is the true conditions prevailing here and I know that if the county inspectors were doing their work well this apartment will fail miserably. how can you be embarrassing us like that because you decide4d to change a payment system which had been working well for over a year and more. manage your apartment well and save us from these embarrassments. I am still here because factually speaking your rent is manageable and I definitely do not have any problem with the way the maintenance guys handle their work and relate to us nicely no matter how bad the situation is."

"Scary looking low income apts. I went there to visit someone. The breezeways are filthy with trash in them and cobwebs. Not clean outside at all. I like that they have a playground but very small for the amount of apts they have."

"The rooms are a mess nothing but Roach infestation grounds men don't clean stairways the most they do are pick up cigarettes buds and be in every bodies business. High rent with nothing to show for it a complete waste of money"

"When I first got there it was good, great office staff....but when the office mgr got promoted it got horrible with the new mgr that took over. You couldn't get used to anyone because of the high turnover. I hope I will never have to return to this facility. The mgmt staff has a negative affect on the Forest Village Community. I wish the maintenance crew the best."
