"This is the worse place to deal wit yes they have low prices bt the quality of their products are very low last night before they close I brought a bong from them I get home an pour water in it an it’s leaking so I pick it up by the arm an it just completely snapped so I went back to let him no an get another one thinking since it obviously had a crack in it ii could get a discount price on the next one the guy said I didn’t pay enough if ii want a dis count ii have to spend over 120$ like the 26.49 I spent wasn’t good enough if you reading this ii highly recommended you turning away an the store 2stores down cigar zone are owned by the same people I go to tobacco kings now in Woodbridge much better spot they take much better care of their people an they have pretty much any an everything you could b looking for"

"VERY ANGRY Customer Service I will never shop here again guy at the counter bucking up at me and getting angry because I counted out my money on the counter and told him it was the exact count, as I put the rest of my money n my pocket. He kept looking anger and saying put it in my hand. The owner comes over and Starts picking up the money I look at him and ask him why is the guy talking to me like that. He says why you don’t put the money in his hand. So I just picked up my money and left. These guys have no values and have no idea how to treat a customer. So I went to the next place to buy the exact same thing and purposely counting my money out on the counter. The guy at the store scooped up the money and said thank you."

"They sold me a faulty disposable vape. I hit it on the way out of the shopping center, and it was leaking in my mouth. The flavor was Strawberry Banana Ice, and there was no “ice” or minty flavor. I went back and told the store, they said that they can’t refund me based on the flavor....which wasn’t my complaint. The guy looked at me like I was lying the whole time, but what I inhaled was not safe. This store sells faulty products and they don’t care about their customers."

"I have been shopping here for years, and usually have a good experience. This time though I was told by the clerk after only looking for about 3 minutes that I "had to hurry up because he was busy" even though I was the only person in the store at the time. I had planned on getting several items that would have totaled a few hundred dollars, but with the attitude and rudeness of the clerk, I immediately put everything down and walked out without purchasing anything."

"I have been here a few times and never had a problem with any of the employee’s, and even if I did.. I normally wouldn’t mind someone having an off day because I understand that it happens, BUT THIS GUY WAS A JERK. He obviously didn’t want to help me, and he most definitely didn’t want to be there... it was extremely unprofessional."
