I'm currently not a resident there, I was visiting for couple of days and when I saw how s***** and borderline scam the parking policy is I made sure that I wont ever move here and have to let others know and be aware of your s***** practices. For anyone who thinks of renting here, you'll see I'm not the only one who have complains about their parking policy and small example, if your vehicle has a flat tire they will tow your vehicle worst place ever"

"I moved to spark almost a year ago. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The office staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. Katherine, the property manager, made miracles happen to ensure a major repair was compleated prior to me having a surgery. The maintenance crew respond pretty quick whenever ive put in a repair order."

"If there was a negative star option, I would've selected that one! They are formerly known as The Greens at Hilton Run. Management is terrible. People break noise policies stated clearly in the lease, yet they get rewarded by being moved to an upgraded unit or a free pass to continue to violate the noise policies. They do not care about enforcing the lease when others are in violation. The apartments have very thin walls. You can hear your neighbors. They could've enhanced the floorboards to the units on the 1st or 2nd floor can't hear the neighbors above them. However, they are too cheap to do so. Community is run down and has a major drug problem and issues with crime. Our car was broken into and ransacked. Had a few things stolen. If you're moving to Southern Maryland and need a place to live, please do not rent with this corrupt apartment complex."

"There is so much potential for these to be nice apartments. The walls are paper thin. It sounds like your neighbors on the other wall are actually in your apartment when they are running around and talking. Also, when the upstairs apartment is walking around, it sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in. Maintenance would come and fix the same problems over and over. The kitchen and main bathroom sinks would start to leak again every 1-2 months and the floors weren't even, which threw the washer off balance so it would hit the wall during a wash cycle and sounded like bombs were going off. When I was 8 months pregnant the handle broke for the bathroom and I got locked inside, there was legitimately so much paint when the hinges were unscrewed they were stuck to the door frame and we ended up having to bust the door down-the top half of the door stuck onto the frame with all the paint as well. There are 2 nice playgrounds, a gym, and a pool which are nice. My recommendation is to find another place to live if you can."
