"Immediately accusatory for no reason. 1st question they asked me is why I missed my appointment. I didn't miss my appointment I normally go to the franklin office and they forgot to schedule me and I didn't know. I had already called and explained this entire situation to the person I spoke to on the phone that I had to wait nearly an hour to talk to so I could get an appointment. I have been monthly for over a year now with no issues but the 1st time I talk to the Clarion office I am accused of having a positive drug test and told I need to come back in 2 weeks. I was made to feel like a junky not a patient. Was not treated like a human. Then after all of it they scheduled me back to the Clarion office....I live in franklin I told him this. They just do not listen to people or care at all."
