"VERY disappointed. I had a sudden emergency and called the office to cancel an hour or so before, but had to leave a voicemail. No big deal but the STILL took $75 out of my account & it fell on me to prove that I had called (even sent phone log screenshots). They had previously canceled an appt due to staffing and she tried to say that I was a no show when I called about this. Only missed 1 apt once in 4 yrs and didn't refund overdraft fees. Their mistake and I pay. Oh, and lied and said they refunded the $75 and spoke to my husband (????). STILL have not received the $75 from August. Thanks Lisa for you and your office staff. Great teamwork covering for each other!"

"I've been going here for a few months now. Although they seemed to be short staffed in the evenings a lot. Chelsey Smail has always been amazing at picking up the slack and wearing as many hats as she needs to to facilitate appointments. It honestly feels like the staff cares about you and your mental health."

"Tracey Fowler is literally the worst health professional I have had in my life. I had a panic attack on the way home from a visit with her because of her actions. Even more, she is dismissive, and straight up annoying. This woman refused to refill a medication I have taken consistently for over 17 years, the day before I started a new job, because my blood pressure was too high. I’ve never had a real psychiatrist take my blood pressure in my life. Anyway, yeah, I was stressed out about starting a new job, what’s more, she kept overtalking me and not even letting me speak. She is so irritating, and dismissive that my blood pressure was through the roof! You definitely don’t want Tracey Fowler as your doctor; she is terrible."

"If I could give zero stars I would, when I was asked why I needed a letter for personal purposes, Tracey Fowler would not except my answer of "for mental health reasons" when I had just poured my heart out to her. Then, the lady hung up on me. HORRIBLE mental health care. I will never return, and if you go DO NOT see Tracey Fowler."
