"Worst 711 in the area. Staff are all family members so there is zero accountability. They are all rude! Every single one of them! The store is in disarray constantly and they don't have basic items that the other 711's always have. It's a shame that this one rude family took over what used to be one of the best store locations. Don't give them your business!"

"The absolute worst experience. Racially profiled and accused of stealing when all I wanted was an iced coffee. The man working was horrible and shouldn’t be in customer service. Just drive a little up the road and go somewhere else instead."

"The people who work at this particular 7/11 location are the rudest people I have ever had to tolerate for the sake of “convenience”. I don’t even want to go into details but I can see by the other comments I am definitely not the only one to have this experience with them."

"Very rude employees here. I don’t go here anymore because the younger man, a kid to me, who works there purposely declined to put one of my items in my bag when I was talking to someone, I noticed one item had been pushed way to the side on the counter and when I asked was it mine , he said , oh yes. He pushed it to the side on purpose because I was talking ... in hopes I would leave without noticing I was missing one of my items. Nice try. You also tried to do this with one of my winning lottery tickets !!!!!"

"This is an inconvenience store. When purchasing drinks in a pandemic a few weeks ago, the cashier placed his whole, ungloved hand over the top of the can (even when not in a pandemic, can everyone please stop touching the part of the drink container that I put my lips on - especially if you handle money?). I told him that I was sorry and I was not trying to offend him, but I was going to replace the cans with cans he hadn't put his hands on the drinking part. He then became wildly offended and told me that if I was that concerned about germs that I shouldn't leave the house in a pandemic. He said, "What about your hands? You aren't wearing gloves!" I then told him that I had had used the sanitary deli tissue to grab my baked goods and that I intended to use hand sanitizer when I got to my car. He is the only worker at this location (he also works shifts at the other, next closest 7-11) that has ever treated me poorly. And it is a crapshoot whether he will be working when I come in. And now when I buy drinks and he is my cashier, he continues to place his whole, ungloved hand over the top of my drink can. I initially cut him some slack because he works at a 7-11, and I'm sure he has to put up with not-so-nice people all the time, but his continued unhealthy/unsafe behavior seems to be happening to spite me. And I've done what I can to be respectful and pleasant."
