"I have lived here for years with my girlfriend. Maintenence is always friendly. Paying rent is easy. The location is amazing. Every shopping center in the county is less than 10 minutes away. Movie theatres, Wal-Mart, and plenty of food options. It's also a military friendly complex. We'll be sad to leave our little apartment when the day comes."
"Not a good place if you have children. People hear everystep you take and will hate you if you have kids. There is no playground."
"The apartment is kinda small and some parts are outdated, but other than that it is a great community to live in. Sarah in the leasing office is fantastic and the neighbors are for the most part quiet. Plenty of parking and light in the parking lot, plenty of room for everyone's trash in the dumpster, plus they just added a recycling dumpster and a planet aid box for used clothes. Been here a year now, some of the office staff is nice. Didnt get the apartment we signed a lease for, got a smaller one that is very run down. Screens were torn from when we moved in and havent been replaced. Dishwasher was leaking into the ceiling and creating water staings and mold on our carpet. Their solution was a new dishwasher that melts our sons bottles and nipples and they never cleaned the carpet and mold. AC hasn't worked and they keep saying its the thermostat but havent replaced that either! Oh and those pictures? yeah they are bs. Maybe from Wildewood apartments but definitely not here. I don't walk our dog at night - its scary being back against the woods. People are always hanging around that you don't see during the day. We have a year left but hope to get out of the lease early."
