"This 7-11 is a freaking joke!!! Someone needs to train their employees better and do better!!! I tried to purchase two packs for the 7-11 chocolate chip cookies that come in a 6 count. The price clearly said $3.49 for 6 count. When I went to check out he was trying to charge me for 12 single cookies. Even thought they were packed in one box. Picture included. So I went to the next cashier only to be charged damn near the same price. I told them that I have purchased theses boxes before at other 7-11 and never had an issue. The two guys working tonight were rude and clearly don’t know how to read their own prices. Hopefully others haven’t been over charged for things. Lol"
"Stopped here because they had the cheapest fuel price. Went inside to try and use the bathroom. The store looked dirty and both bathrooms were out of order. Looked shady on the outside also. If I ever came back, it would be to get gas and leave."
"The employees here are the rudest I have encountered at any seven eleven. The customer service is subpar to say the least. They should be shut down. What I witnessed today and how rude the short older lady was to another customer was unbelievable. To my disbelief it transferred over to me. I didn’t even want to go to her but had no choice. She should be terminated ASAP."
"About to do a long drive. Stopped here for fuel drinks and quick restroom for the kids only to find both restrooms closed - the signs look very old. I would find it hard to believe that the “out of order “ reason would not be fixed for 2 restrooms - if only for staff. Unless the toilets aren’t actually out of order. Really terrible way to treat their customers. Now I will have to add another stop just for toilet breaks for the kids. Families understand how inconvenient and inconsiderate this is."
