Valley Family Medicine-UPMC 2500 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, PA 15068

"Made a new patient appointment and had to wait 3 months just to get in which is already ridiculous in my opinion. Appointment day finally comes and I get there on time and only then was I told that I had to arrive 30 minutes early because it was a new patient appointment.. nobody at all told me that in the 3 months leading up to the appointment, not the UPMC app or the office themselves. The woman at the desk tried explaining that the UPMC app doesnt account for the 30 minutes early and I explained that even they didnt tell me that themselves, but she continually just tried to blame the app. So my only option was to now rechedule and wait ANOTHER 3 MONTHS to which i declined.. definitely never going back to that office, they need to get themselves together, its ridiculous how poorly that establishment is ran to allow that to happen."
