"Our experience with the Crystal Square team has been outstanding from day one. Bobbie was very conscientious and considerate about helping us see the apartments that fit our needs. We “checked the boxes” so to speak and Bobbie got us to “the one”. Carlos was very considerate showing us the details of the loading dock, where to bring the truck, and how to navigate the space. Michael helped us get our reservation for the freight elevator and when I was concerned about running over our time or not staying on schedule, he added notes to the reservation about our concerns and promised we would have an elevator. Move in day was hard work, but smooth because of all their help! We are so thankful for their support!"

She has gone above and beyond to assist us with any and all questions. She quickly responds back to phone calls and emails, even after hours. She gave us an amazing tour and was very accommodating in our requests. She made picking Crystal Square an easy decision, because we knew we'd be in great hands. "Bobbie, Holly, and Kate are truly awesome. I love this building. If you are looking for that perfect balance of value, community, and luxury, come to Crystal Square! There are kind, wonderful people of all ages living/working in this complex! It truly makes a luxury apartment feel like home. My experience with this complex was similar to all the others initially. Nice apartment, convenient location, etc. What sets this apartment aside is its community. Concierge is incredible, Mike and Sophia are awesome. It’s so nice waking up every morning, come down to the lobby, and concierge asks how you day is, how you are, etc. Every employee is happy to be here and it shows. Management truly goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Come tour! Come talk to anyone in the office! You will feel welcome, and at home! Many buildings have “temporary residents”. In and out. This building has residents renting for years long, with good reason! Of all the luxury buildings I’ve lived in, this is the most “homey”. Come join our community!"
