"Rude. The staff do not acknowledge you when you walk in, at the register or when you leave. The only words spoken to me were “press credit or debit.” I’m all about supporting small businesses but at least acknowledge your customers. There are plenty of other friendly liquors stores around here. I won’t be back to this one."
"Been here a few times and only one person was friendly. The others barely said a word. The worst was the chubby guy with glasses. He spoke, but with such a condescending attitude that I would rather he didn't. I'll go up the street to the store that's a little further but they don't act like they are doing you a favor but letting you shop at their store."
"Much like many of the reviews on here stated the customer service is TERRIBLE. I, like many others, entered this establishment and was immediately bombarded with rudeness. The owner/manager/ troll Bridge keeper yelled from the back of the store "Your paying with credit right?!" In a very matter of fact way. I was immediately reminded of why I hadn't been there in months. I replied yes and walked towards the wine when he responded with "better hurry up then" I quickly turned back towards the door and told him to go ahead and close down I will be taking my money elsewhere. What I was searching for was probably 6 dollars cheaper there but I rather drive farther and pay double than spend my money at this "establishment " with this kind of "customer service". As many stated you must leave a star to leave a review. I have never experienced such rudeness and horrible service in my life. Avoid if you can, there are many establishments in the area with great service and a wide variety available to choose from."
