"I scheduled an appointment here for confirmation of my second pregnancy, and due to finding another office that I liked better than with my first son. At first I was definitely nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but everyone there was so extremely nice to me and made me feel extra comfortable with my situation it almost brought tears to my eyes how nonjudgemental they were, and how easy it was for me to be able to talk about things that are uncomfortable for me. The doctor cared so much and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Explained how to use the messaging on the app and other things and I left the office smiling. I’m really excited to continue this journey with my second baby with Magee. ☺️"

"I went in for what I thought was an appointment to get back on birth control shot. After checking in, the girl at the front desk called me up and began to ask me for the medication. I said I didn't have it and that's why I was at the appointment. She stated, "oh, it's at the pharmacy. You can go pick it up and bring it back here." I was so clueless and told her that no one called to inform me of this and I never received notification from my pharmacy. I left the office and was heading to the pharmacy thinking this was all wrong. Shortly after I pulled out, the girl from the office called and asked for me to come back and that the medication wasn't there. At this point I became irritated as I had already missed work, given wrong instructions and this all could have been avoided if the girl would have just double checked with what I was saying. And I did call back to try and get in later that day and the new lady that I spoke to couldn't get me in until the next day - so that would be more time off work I'd miss...all for your mistake. Do better and double check. Ask questions. And have compassion for people, not a cold shoulder when people get upset. I worked in healthcare, so I completely understand how people can be."

"I’m going through my second miscarriage and these people will not do anything to help me other than tell me to continue bloodwork until my hcg goes to zero. I’ve been bleeding for 2 weeks straight, it stopped for two days and then picked up heavy bleeding again. I’m in a moderate amount of pain and nothing is getting better. But they are refusing to do anything whatsoever other than bloodwork. My last miscarriage lasted 4 days. This is over two weeks now and something IS NOT RIGHT. ALSO, they scheduled me to have a D&C done so I went in, sat in pre-op room for 5 hours, had an IV in and spoke with the anesthesiologist. Just for the the doctor to come in 5 hours later and tell me he doesn’t feel comfortable doing the surgery and that he doesn’t want to do it. So I left after 5 hours with NOTHING but a new bill in the mail for them doing absolutely nothing. It doesn’t matter to them that I’m still in a lot of pain and bleeding quite a bit. They just don’t care."
