700 Constitution Apartments

"Where do I start!!? Well I have been living here for 3 1/3 years now, 700 Constitution is by far one of the best places I have ever lived. And I am not just saying that, from Travis the property management to Yasenia the cleaning crew and to George our incredible maintenance person; you will find that our building is more than a rental unit, but rather a HOME. This place is the definition of Luxury living, (don't believe me) come and see it for yourself. Clean top to bottom, elegantly designed and decorated, managed by one of the most kind, loving and caring property manager I have ever met. The units are spacious and updated, the rooftop has a beautiful view of the Capitol, the location.. well don't get me started there, close to all major DC attractions, walking distance to Easter Market, to the Capitol, to the monuments, etc. But more importantly, 700 Constitution Ave NE is a HOME. :-)"

The few issues that occurred during my time here were handled promptly, professionally, and most importantly with compassion. I would still live here if I didn't move out of state!"

"I have mixed feelings about some aspects of this apartment, but I can say that the management company (Borger Management Inc.) is responsive when you reach out to them. I had my bike stolen, a watch, and some packages, but when I reached out to the management company (a final straw on the theft issues), they responded the same day letting me know that they were putting some risk mitigation measures into place, which I was relieved to hear. I am also giving 5 stars for the weekday front desk staff. Zuri and Drew are always friendly, helpful, warm, and knowledgeable. I interact with these guys every day, and its always a joy. The cleaning and maintenance crew are also very friendly and it feels like they're always on-site. Overall, its a very pretty and clean building with great staff. The theft issues are unsettling, and not something that anyone wants to deal with in their building, but it sounds like that is going to be resolved."

"Travis is one of the greatest community managers I've ever toured with. As I toured the building with him, his genuine relationship with each tenant was obvious. Everyone had something good to say about the building or Travis himself. On top of that, he was incredibly accommodating on a short timetable. He stayed in constant contact with me to make sure I had everything I needed, faster than I ever expected. 700 Constitution is going to be a great place to live as long as Travis is there - without question."
