"Beautiful Views and People."
"The apartments are very nice and Jules is very helpful and nice at the front desk. But be prepared to listen to constant construction from the ground floor buildings going in - super loud and annoying for work from home. The residents are all nice and no one is super loud. The rooftop is a nice perk. We received a rent concession since the building just opened but the apartments are not worth it without the rent concession."

"I inquired about this apartment, and it took about a month to hear back from the leasing office - at which point I had already rented a different place. When they finally called me, I kindly let them know that I had found another place. They asked me where I chose to move, and I stated that I found a private landlord. They immediately hung up. I found it to be quite rude. I assume that a similar attention and attitude will be given to their residents, so I would look elsewhere for an apartment."
