"Every year it get worse. I've never called maintenance so much since I've lived here. I've been here over 8 years and in the past year I have to call maintenance constantly to get the same things fixed. For almost a year it was my toilet, they never fixed it. My bathroom sink they told me I would have to pay to get it fix only recently did they fix it after a year. My shower wasn't working properly only when it completely stopped working did they fix it. My apartment smelling like gas, they kept telling me it was nothing and he even tried to prove me wrong because he couldn't smell gas. Brought in the gas meter and the thing went off like crazy. Now my heat hasn't worked for about 3 days. It went out last year also. But when I call the line is disconnected. How is the line disconnected?!"

"Yes i recently applied to this complex I’ve visited multiple times and its a no for me the office team is so ghetto i walk pass to go to the office i was gave a ugly look followed up with a cloud of cigarette smoke in my face 1star complex i turned around quick.."

"Look if you looking for a good home dont look here I’ve lived here for 8years ive seen it all. the old staff was trash but at least they worked the new ppl just sit around one smokes weed allday in front of the office i mean when i go to work from the time i get off she still smoking the other young ladies are very disrespectful i rode pass the other day the lady that works there they punched a middle school kid i recorded it and been in contact with the Coroporate office about that but i give this complex a F im so happy ive moved"

"Mice infested ! The mice here are so bad they crawl in my purse the rent is nice the apartment is to but best believe the mice runs the place, my 1st year living here was good then out of no where I couldn’t stop mice from coming in ! I like the apartment nice size and adorable but I wouldn’t suggest it if so but I cat, and it’s just not fair to have to pay rent somewhere you are sharing with unwelcome guests. It most certainly puts me in a deep depression I have a 5 yo and a baby on the way I want to stay here but can’t have my newborn baby or son living in this type of conditions"

"I’ve been a resident here for years and have witnessed management go thru consistent changes with no improvements. The people at the desk fake like they are going to take care any of your concerns. Literally a waste of time talking to them. The lie and say they will handle your maintenance issues but nothing ever happens. Pest control is a gimmick. Roaches have been at all time high. But they expect you to pay rent on time but can’t fix some of the basic issues in the apartment. Outdated apartments with unlivable conditions"
