"I would not recommend Gateway Foot and Ankle if your foot was falling off. They staff member who checks you in the has a personality of a tree stump and I get more use out of a tree stump. They refused to treat a patient because they demanded payment while patient was on an up to date payment plan. I would have given this company zero stars but I had to give one star"

"I went there for an appointment and forgot my mask at home. I was told that they would not see me because I didn't have a mask. I work heavy construction and long hours and had to take the day off for this appointment that I waited 3 weeks in horrible foot pain to see this Dr. No matter what I said in desperation they would not see me. I first asked if they had an extra mask and was told no, I literally opened my wallet and asked if I could buy one, I was told no and she said "you need to reschedule for another appointment." A dr.'s office that can't supply a mask even at a cost of cash to the patient, really????? Gateway foot you have no empathy for someone that works hard for a living and has limited time to see a doctor. I would highly discourage anyone from using this horrible practice."
