"Ms. LaDona and Ms. Imani have done an outstanding job at Vistas. Many things have improved since they have been here. All the common areas looks great. The patio area is a big improvement for those hot sunny days. They both bring changes to keep us active with a lot of different fun activities. They both are excellent, caring, respectful, and love us like family, and always greets us seniors with a smile. Our maintenance man Mr. Shon is a hard worker, loves people, kind, and always respectful to all the seniors in the building."

"My review is not based on the senior citizen housing. It based on the other apartments offered across the lake that they refuse to put online. My advise is DO NOT MOVE HERE. My boyfriend has lived here for 2 years and will NOT renew after this lease is up. You have an old man that takes pictures of women behinds and snitches to the office manager on minor issues. AND he’s still resides here. The property manager is utterly disgusting. Sonia that is. She makes verbal agreements stating that she’ll send follow up emails regarding matters and DOENS’T! Which leaves residents in a terrible bind. The apartment units are trash and dirty as heck. Good luck with maintenance…. My boyfriend has submitting multiple tickets for a year and nothing has been fixed. Save your money or better yet, pay that extra but avoid moving here at all cost. Seriously. You will be extremely disappointed."
"I moved in November 2022, I love my apartment. I am on the fourth floor with the view of the lake. Management is outstanding. I have met a few really good neighbors. The building is outstanding."
