"I have been living here since 2018 and have witnessed SEVERAL new management companies take over and each time it gets WORST. They barely answer the phone and always close. I have completed the same recertification packet SEVERAL times and nobody can explain what happened to my documents. I have yet to have my light FIX in my closet due to electrical issues per maintenance. I had my rent RAISED in the middle of a PANDEMIC and have yet to receive a updated LEDGER to say I don't OWE a balance but according to the rental app I do OWE a balance. Now I have to get DC tags in order to stay on the property and will be issued a 30 day temp sticker and when that expire I have to PARK on the main road. No visitor parking and no visitors pass 10pm. My mailbox have been broke for more than 3 months and NOBODY informed me my mail was on hold at the post office. Move in at your risk!"

"Constant overturn. Management has not been good since ever. Nice size apartments but not worth hassle to get basic maintenance and no response or concern from whoever in office for the period they are there. Soon as I complete my home buying program- I am outta here. Good staff and customer service will make or break a company every time."

"I love how spacious it is!! That being said... No way to pay your rent other than with a money order or certified check... Also my apartment does not have hard wood like floors, carpet. Not an eat-in kitchen, it's a galley that's open on both ends. Also, why does this place not have a microwave!? You either need to update your website or something because false advertising sucks."
