"Jasmine is the best thing that has happened to Park Tanglewood. Yes, there is some issues but she has great customer service and I can trust my concerns will be addressed."

"It’s almost been a month since the “system has went down “ come to find out that it was a lie and it’s working fine .I know someone their who recommended the place for me but I feel like they are just playing with me anyways if ur looking to fill an application here don’t bother because they will find an excuse not to take it and I’ll see how to get the landlords number of the place"

"Poor service management, I moved into my apartment less than a month ago but frankly I am ready to move out from this complex. Since day one, I've been complaining verbally and in writing to the rental office about some rotten stuff that needs to be fixed or replaced (stove and dishwasher) from my apartment but they don't care. Really frustrating, I wonder how the 11 months that I still have to do before the termination of my contract will look like."

"I’ve literally been trying to contact ANYONE in the leasing office for 3 days in a row to no avail. Even made an impromptu trip hoping they were busy and understaffed. Found a closed notice on the office door. Asked on of the residence for the business hours, his advice was “haha good catching them when they’re actually here when they say they post to be”. I Left a detailed message hoping someone would even mistakenly call back. I’m now hoping the hours on google map is incorrect because this is such a poor first impression to a possible new resident."

"If you want to live in an apartment complex that gives little to no regard to maintenance issues, noise complaints, or even infestations, this is the apartment complex for you. Coming from a tenant who’s lived here for over three years that’s about to move out, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Ever since Park Tanglewood has changed owners over a year ago, cleanliness, maintenance, and even public safety has gone downhill. You have been warned."
