"My husband and I were excited at the prospect of renting an apartment here but were quickly talked out of it by the behavior of the staff we interacted with. From the very first conversation, the staff was rude and acted as though it was an inconvenience to them to communicate with prospective tenants. I was told I would receive an email "later in the day" with some information I requested and called two days later when no email came. I was then told we would receive a call as soon as possible. After a few days of waiting, my husband called. The person he spoke to lied and said they had given me the requested information and the application would be finish processing in a few days. A couple days later, my husband called back as we were on a time crunch and was told he'd recieve a call after lunchtime. No call came. I received an email at 4:45 stating I HAD to come in the next day to give information, including my social security card (with no explanation about why a copy of my social security card was needed, as my credit had already been run). When I was not able to come in because it was too short notice for me to get time off work, I was told my application was canceled. I then received notice a week later from my current leasing office that the staff at the Palisades had contacted them even though they supposedly canceled my application already. I requested my current leasing office not provide the requested information as my husband and I secured housing somewhere else. The next day, at 4:53 pm, I received notice that if I didn't come in the following day my already canceled application would be canceled due to incompletion. Considering this is the way they treated us as potential tenants, I cannot fathom the way we would have been treated as actual tenants. The whole experience felt very off and like this management company, or at least this apartment, is up to something very shady and predatory."

"This place is great; service is very responsive and helpful. The apartments are luxurious and comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, the garage door is constantly broken yet they insist on charging you for parking. Cars do get broken into and bikes do get stolen. I'm paying $30 a month for what?"

"I lived at the Palisades at Arundel Preserve for almost 2 years. That was the best apartment home I’ve ever lived in. The staff was so courteous, friendly and their customer service skills were excellent. Andre is a very efficient Assistant Property Manager at the Palisades and very well liked. I definitely recommend living there. I’m currently living in one of their sister properties in the same area, this property is nothing like the Palisades, I hate I left there. The staff here aren’t friendly, maintenance takes their time coming to you and the elevators are always out or reserved. The garage door here hasn’t worked in several months. I definitely will not recommend this property to anyone."
