"Had a great experience with Christopher Poteat and his team! Our guestroom toilet broke and his team was able to come and fix our problem within an hour to an hour and a half of our request. I was really pleased with their service and could not recommend them more! EDIT 1/29/24 Had a water leak issue this afternoon which was handled very well again by Chris Poteat and Gonzalo Cruz. They were at the apartment within 15-20 minutes of my placing the request and they made sure we were happy with the plan and the results of their work. We have lived at Avalon for 4 years now and these guys have been wonderful throughout, a pleasure to work with, good at their jobs, and very kind people."

"Chris P just came by on an emergency call for me due to a smoke detector beeping every 45 seconds for the last two days. Even though this request was opened and closed during normal business hours without resolution. Chris was prompt and called me right away at 10 pm telling me he was on the way to help assist. He was friendly and professional arriving in a timely manner WITH a ladder in tow. You can tell this gentleman enjoys his job and is very good in his role. Avalon is lucky to have him on staff and I am grateful that he restored my sanity after two days of never ending beeping every 45 seconds."

I really appreciate your willingness to go above my expectations, not only did he follow-up with the request with call me but he also explained to me that he will hanging around for a few to ensure my heater was functioning properly. He then informed me he will double check the water heater and fireplace as well while he was there. It feels good to know I can count on and trust my maintenance team to always do the right thing when no one is watching. He did all that from a simple request of turning on and setting my thermostat due to absents for a family emergency. Continue to keep up the good work and may you have a great 2024 year. "Great place to live. I've lived here for two years and have never had many issues. When I do have a few requests for apartment upkeep, the maintenance team is so quick and helpful. "I have not been able to walk out to my parking garage level in over 400 working hours or 49 working days. Every day, I walk down three flights of stairs and around the block to enter my garage to get to my car. For perspective, I was able to strip down and rebuild a helicopter in the time that it has taken the construction workers to look like they may be rebuilding one of the bridges. This place was great. Now, I've had to escort my loved one into the building because kids were fist fighting in front of the building late at night, I've called the cops on people breaking into the apartment windows of vacant properties and suspicious vehicles sitting overnight with the doors wide open, recorded someone in a mask wandering the garage, and had my bike stolen out of the "locked" garage."
