"This is perhaps the worst place ever, full of mice and insects, maintenance is as poor as though there was none. I lived here for two years and just moved out. The place is not good for raising kids. Police are always in the apartment to raid drug addicts. It is not safe at all. You will regret moving in here."
"this place is the worst the staff is unprofessional rude there is a big mice and rat problem they don't fix things in a timely manner there are no ramps for the handicap there are holes in the walls and cracks in the paint and they make it hard for you pay your rent in person. take my advice don't move here"

"This is by far the worst appartment. Me and my family moved in about four years ago. And it was fine back then, the management did its job! Things used to get fixed! Terminators used to come upon request. Now it's unbearable. We called the emergency line for them to fix the kitchen sink and door but it has been almost 2 months. Mind you these are essential needs in a house. I have no idea why they have a Manger he is never in his office. So disrespect. Doesn't do his job. There are cheaper and we'll kept appartments than this in the surrounding areas."
