"My partner came in for a blood test, the appointment was supposed to be done by 3:15 at the latest but at 4pm he hadn’t even gotten the tests due to still waiting for the doctor. Completely ridiculous."

"I was recommended to Dr, INGAMI,SANAE by Dr, RODGERS, BONNIE from the UPMC urgent care a few months ago and I started visiting Dr, INGAMI for my internal health issues that I had been experiencing for years now, I will tell you, after my experience and treatment with this Doctor, I will tell you that she is a life saver. My stomach pains has gotten better since taking her prescription medicine, I feel like a new person now. She is very caring as a mother as someone who really cares about people well being and healthy lifestyle. Her colleagues and front desk staff are always nice and supportive as well. I can’t make this up or tell a lie. She is one of the best in the area from my personal experiences. I will highly recommend her to anyone who happens to have a similar issue as me with Internal medicine issues shouldn’t hesitate to contact her office to see her. "5/19/23 11:10AM. Recently switched PCP because of consistent negative issues with SSHC, and I requested a medical transfer on 4/27/23 at 10:18AM. New PCP just called and said they haven't received anything. So where did they send them to? Because they definitely called back and said they sent them. I am currently on hold for 26 minutes right now trying to speak with someone. They must be really busy with there 2 star rating"

"I called today to make an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was so rude. I didn't get her name and she didn't give me her name. I was told that I have to switch my primary care physician to them even though I have my own that I have been seeing for 15 years! She told me that I could not make an appointment with one of their specialists unless I switch to their primary care physician. I told her that seemed unfair that I had to switch to them since I have been seeing mine for so long. She interrupted me and instantly got defensive and aggressive telling me that it wasn't unfair and then tried to transfer me to the concierge which I did not ask her to do. I stated again that it was unfair that they were forcing people to switch to their PCP when most people already have one. She then basically yelled at me and said "That's your opinion" and hung up on me. So unprofessional when someone has been trying to get a specialist for months and is in immediate need for some help and get treated so poorly by an office that is expected to have compassion. That lady had none and a very bad attitude!"
