"I had to make a visit to this location after I sprained my ankle and my boss forced me to work on it for 5 hours before giving me relief to go.(in the middle of a snow storm) Jared and all of the ladies there ( I wish I could of gotten all their names) were absolutely amazing every step of the way. Making my visit pleasant, quick, and over all such a great experience. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated all their kindness throughout my visit. I hope to god I don’t have to go back but if I ever find myself in another situation like today. I will 100% go back and hope to see all the same people again. Thank you again!"

"I made an appointment for 10 am for a pre screen test for a new job , I get there at 9:55 , I was the first one there . The receptionist checked me in right away and she was very nice . I didn’t get in for my test until almost 10 after 10 and another person who came in after me got in before I did . That wasn’t my problem, my problem was the way I was treated when I went back for my test. The nurse made me feel very uncomfortable, I get that a number of people might try and fudge the urine test some how and there are steps that Med Express needs to take to ensure the results are accurate but the nurse treated me like I was going to try and do something shady , she was very short with me and acted like I should know the procedure or something, when mean while I can’t remember the last time I had a urine test for a job. Then I couldn’t produce the amount she said I needed and wow I felt like I committed a crime or something. Because of that nurse I will not be back to that med express again , I’m sorry I just don’t want to take a chance that I might get her again, it was the most uncomfortable visit I have ever had and it was just a urine test for a new job!"

"I called ahead & made an appointment. Thankfully they were not crowded. Almost immediate service and the staff was very nice. I was able to get a prescription which gave me immediate relief."
