"Haven't been here in a while and wax disappointed when I was there. Yhe store reminded me of the Schottenstein Store of the 70s. The womens section was a mess. With clothes all over the floors, unfolde on shelf. Shoe section was even worse good luck finding the right box if you found a shoe. I give it a 3 because the rest of the store was relatively clean and organized."

"I like shopping at target because I can usually get everything i need there. However for over a year I’ve been noticing the price that’s listed on the shelf is often different than what’s being charged at the register, which is higher. I see this at all 3 of the Targets I visit in Columbus, Ohio. Most times if I can find a worker in the area and ask, they usually say they don’t know why there’s a difference or maybe the price increased but the tag not changed. I now use my cartwheel app to check price and if it’s higher on app. I won’t buy it. Buyer beware!"

"I bought a Nintendo Switch with Mario Kart bundle for my son for Christmas. After opening his gift on Christmas morning ,we discovered the code to download the game had already been scratched off and used. Target refused to provide the game we had already purchased as part of the bundle and demanded we return the entire console to get one with an active game code. Problem was - they don't have any in stock in our entire city! They did nothing to make this right. The employee was also somewhat curt and rude with my husband when he was kind and simply trying to make this right. Zero stars, Target!"

"I gave four stars because Target is like a small version of the Walmart which is nice but when it comes to the hair products for colored women I am glad to see you guys have such a wide variety and I greatly appreciate that but I've been to multiple targets looking for a specific item that I am told that it's there but it's not there but other than that thank you target for getting back to the community and where you are located here in Columbus Ohio 43213"

"Target in Whitehall is not clean, very messy and clothes is in the floor. Food and drinks that had been eaten and/or drinks left on the shelves. Bathroom is not cleaned as it should be. Need a better manager and better staff."
