The Grove Townhomes

"Management was decent when we first moved in but then they fired the office girl and it went downhill fast. There is a problem with trash, they don't punish residents for throwing trash all over or leaving trash and junk just sitting on their porches. There is an issue with mice and all of the major appliances are outdated so utilities are outrageous. The AC will keep the downstairs cool but the upstairs will be a sauna, you'll need window units. They'll delete any maintenance requests you put in so they can't be held responsible for not fixing stuff. We also put in proper notice for moving out and the company still illegally evicted us. Thankfully we had all the necessary paperwork showing they were in the wrong and they dropped the eviction. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're desperate."

"Brandy Green in management is the WORST possible person to work with. She’s rude to everyone and will talk about you disrespectful to your partner! When we moved here we hadn’t originally met her as she’s not who we signed the paperwork with but when we first encountered her she was rude and cussing at my husband and I. Whenever we tried to work with her or speak to her she was rude and hateful. She constantly would talk over me when I was speaking with her and wouldn’t let me talk and would hang up on me. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They are rude don’t communicate well at all. She refused to let me speak with anyone else. I would never move here and wouldn’t recommend anyone move here."

"Management is rude and are bullies. Can’t even talk without being talked over. When trying to talk or work with them Brandy in management will instead threaten you and your family. When I try to call I am constantly hung up on. Brandy in management talks about tenants to other tenants in a negative way. I wish I never moved here. The worst possible place to move. Management also keeps refusing my maintenance request despite it being against my lease."

"AWESOME!!! I moved here 6/2016 and just moved out 6/2018. I didn't want to leave. We really had a great stay at the Grove. Rita in the office is so wonderful, she's pleasant and really just a good person. If we had needs for things to get fixed or even late on our rent she would work with us. Repairs are fast and done right. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, clean, and beautifully landscaped home, look no further. I'll miss the Grove Townhomes. Thank you again Ms. Rita for being so kind to my family."

"I have been at The Grove for a year. I just signed a new lease as I am so pleased with this property. I was a tenant when the old management company was here and I thought that the transition would be a nightmare, but it wasn't. I was quite impressed with how Rita (property manager) made the transition easy. She walks the community everyday and when there is an issue she works to resolve it quickly. Rita is very knowledgeable about the property and helpful to all of the residents. She even planned a fun community day for the residents! I am so happy that I chose this property. The crime rate in the area is low, the neighbors are friendly, and the elementary school in this area has a pretty high rating. The area is also convenient to many major highways and I can definitely tell that people of Arbutus, Halethorpe, and Relay truly value their homes and neighborhoods. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone searching for a safe, friendly neighborhood, a great property manager, and a good management company."
