"I was interested in touring the property, but I did not like the interaction that I had with one of the leasing consultants. I felt very judged almost as if I were wasting her time and she did not want to talk to me. It was very uncomfortable the questions that I was asked. Due to that alone, I decided to look elsewhere. Also, the fact that the rent is costly and you have to leave the property to go to a pool is what deterred me as well."

"Where do I begin… First off for the price I do not think you’re getting your moneys worth. I’ve lived there for almost 2 years and we’ve had many issues needing maintenance. It took months for maintenance to fix our toilet. My kitchen sink had fallen out and maintenance only glued it together and many issues with the washer and dryer. It will take months or in my case over a year for some of our maintenance issues to get resolved. So not only is there issues with maintenance there is a particular leasing agent who is not really friendly. My first encounter with her was very weird, she was not the person I had met with previously. Instead of introducing herself first she started asking random questions about the building I was living in and who’s name is on the lease. Then months later she would fabricate stories about my neighbors making noise complaints specifically at times when no one is home threatening to give us a warning. I’ve also noticed that many other people have had issues with this lady, more specifically people of color. Now I’m not the type to put that label on a person but she is very snobby and I’ve only noticed with a certain group of people. Besides that lady, what I can say is everyone else in the leasing office is very friendly. My last issue with this place is the parking. I hadn’t noticed until recently how bad parking has gotten. There are people parking in fire lanes, on the side of the road, closed off spaces, etc., I personally don’t find it safe and it’s only recently become a problem."

"Very uncomfortable situation with one of the leasing agents named Kelly .. she’ needs to go through some more Training or quit, I don’t like how she conducts herself she gives off very bad Vibe. Instead of looking for an apartment I felt like I was going through an interrogation. It was definitely 21 questions and she would even repeat questions and it just made me feel uncomfortable. Her vibe was just off like a very judgmental snobbish. And if she doesn’t like you she will not hide it on her face … I will look somewhere else because to me the rental office is the first point of contact and it sometimes can make or break if a person will rent or not … even if they can afford it ten times over .."

"We moved into Islands of Fox Chase almost a year ago in October of 2022 and a great year it has been. We were blessed with quite and friendly neighbors. The maintenance men were always prompt and swift with whatever work we needed done. The neighborhood was always clean and calm. Kelly in the office was always a pleasure to work with. Overall, zero complaints and would recommend to all."
